Love Notes in Clay — Small Bowl

This collection celebrates love notes and handwritten tokens — the intimate, imperfect marks left by the people we hold closest. A child’s scrawl, a parent’s handwriting, a partner’s words, a note from a friend or someone dearly loved. Messages once folded away and kept safe are now given a permanent form in clay, to be held and treasured.

This small stoneware bowl is handmade by me and created from a handwritten note or drawing of your choosing. Your message, words or artwork is carefully recreated, honouring the individuality, emotion and quiet beauty of the original.

No two pieces will ever be the same.

Choose something wonderfully personal — a child’s drawing, a scribbled note from a grandparent, a few words from someone you love, or those little everyday messages that mean far more than they seem.

This piece is made to order and will be ready in 3–4 weeks.

After purchasing, please email your handwritten note, message or drawing to shop@kscreativepottery.com. Please make sure your image is clear and of good quality so I can recreate it as faithfully as possible.

If you would prefer the message to be written freehand in my own handwriting, that is also possible — just let me know when you send your note.

A little note about the handmade process:
I will recreate your handwritten note as faithfully as possible, carefully capturing the character, shape and individuality of the original handwriting. However, each piece is made entirely by hand — with a paintbrush on raw clay rather than a pen on paper — so it will not be an exact reproduction.

The result is a unique interpretation of your original note, preserving the feeling and personality of the handwriting while allowing the marks of the making process to become part of the piece itself.

These small differences are intentional and are what make each Love Note in Clay truly one of a kind.
